I liked that Nick knew the best way to help us narrow down our search in some aspects and broaden our search in other aspects. I appreciated that Nick took the time to explain the current market trends and how to see a home's best value. He was happy to discuss comparable houses and monitor sales of comparables. Nick was responsive and approachable throughout the whole process. Nick's focus on providing us with great service was evident. Since we were keen to purchase quickly, within one week he had shown us 23 houses, and had assisted us with submitting 3 offers. The third offer was accepted. ... and for below asking price too.
