Nick was very easy to communicate and discuss things with. He took any questions we had or concerns very seriously. He had great advice. Selling a long-time home can be a difficult process and he was very understanding. He also did a lot of work in finding market comparables to our home and helping us feel confident in our pricing. He made all arrangements with a stager, and with a professional photographer. The photographs were amazing and did a lot to highlight the natural setting of our home and the woods. Nick also did a great job for some friends who were purchasing. We have already recommended him to others.
