I stumbled upon Patrick by accident but this accident turned out to be the best thing for me. I’d had offers from agencies that pay cash and you do nothing but at a very reduced offer. Patrick took the time to listen to the situation, gave recommendations and right off the bat I felt like I was talking to a friend that had my best interests in mind. Well when the house was ready to list (and he kept in contact with me, offering help, kindness and helpful tips) he listed on Thursday afternoon and it was sold by Sunday!! It was a pleasure doing business with Patrick, right from start to finish. I will use his services again, will recommend to friends and family and highly recommend him to anyone and everyone that is looking to buy or sell. Seems now a days everyone is sorta out for themselves but that’s not the case with Patrick. He is looking out for your best interests! Very thankful that he was my realtor at that time!
