Patrick is an amazing realtor. I highly recommend him. He is super prompt, professional, responsive, humorous and friendly, knowledgeable. I always had great communication with Patrick. It was a very positive experience. One thing I really enjoyed was that he can recommend individuals for all the adjacent services when selling and buying a home (E.G. inspector, tradesmen); everybody he recommended have been great to deal with; fairly-priced tradesmen.
