My wife and I ended up having Patrick as our agent while looking for our first home. Being only a buyer is significantly trickier given the current housing market but Patrick took us on and gave significant time from the beginning to end of the home buying process and really went a long way to get us into a home that we love. He was always available to set up showings on short notice for homes that matched our criteria, was great at pointing out information regarding the homes, and was especially very honest & ethical to deal with during the whole process. Knowledge, professionalism, responsiveness, and honesty were all 5/5. At the end of the process we ended up closing on a great home thanks to him and have been moved in for several months now. We definitely would deal with Patrick Fields again if we were to buy or sell.
