Even ten years after closing, Patrick still offers advice and connections whenever we need home repairs, advice, and so on. We turned to Patrick back in 2010 after our original realtor failed miserably at finding the right property and selling our old condo; Patrick had us squared away in just a matter of a few weeks, selling our old property at just barely under asking and saving us a ton of money on the new condo. On top of that, he was a pleasure to work with and remains a friend.
