Moving from Toronto to Edmonton seemed like a daunting task but then we found Patrick. His detailed-driven and empathetic approach helped us sail through the process. He was super supportive and exceeded our expectations every step of the way. Also the fact that he is a one window operation really helped. I sincerely believe we would not have been able to buy a house on our deadlines and with our requirements; but, with Patrick, we were able to do it thousands of kilometres away.
