I cannot give enough praise regarding Patrick. Right from the get go he made us feel like he had our back. We moved from Ontario to Alberta and were not able to take a trip out to see houses so he was our eyes, ears and noses! He was very honest about the market, about each house we saw and helped with advice based on his previous experience. After we had an accepted offer, he assisted with recommendations and advice for closing inter-provincially. And the close was much easier than we had expected. But it doesn't end there! After closing, there were issues with the property and Patrick was still working with us and for us, making sure everything was looked after. He made sure the house was properly cleaned before we arrived, and he helped to settle an issue of damage to the property from the previous owner's movers. We never felt alone, he was always there for us. And he has such a wonderful demeanor, you can't help but feel safe and calm when working with him.
