Patrick is so awesome. He helped us “stage” the place for selling. Always let me know right away when someone wanted to see the place. He set up a website of available properties to buy and showed us places whenever we asked. Gave us recommendations when we asked and when we moved out the movers were so behind that he came to help smooth things over with new owners and he helped load boxes. I would definitely recommend him
