This was my first townhouse purchase and I was also purchasing from out of town. Patrick was a huge help in guiding me through the process and very knowledgeable about the area. I flew in for 5 days and Patrick lined up a large number of places for us to go through but I was unfortunately not able to close any of those places before I had to leave town. Once I was gone, Patrick performed a number of virtual tours for me and I eventually found a place I liked and had an offer accepted. He then gave a solid layout of the post offer process as well as recommended local professionals that I could reach out to as needed. He was also able to handle most everything while I was out of town and held the keys for me a few days after closing since I was not able to return right away. I hope to work with him again in the future, definitely Recommended!
