It was a challenging process in that there were so many great looking listings. Unfortunately the first two offers did not work out because once the paperwork was read and an inspection done, serious problems were found. This felt very discouraging but Patrick was able to find many ither listings that were much better and still suited to my needs and price range. He is a very good negotiator and got us an excellent price. I'm very happy with my new home and I highly recommended his services.
