Patrick was knowledgeable, professional and personable. He listened to my wish list and found me the perfect home for a move from BC to Edmonton. Not only that, he was there every step of the way with recommendations for a home inspector and a lawyer, both of whom were excellent. He has also been there following up with moving to do lists, follow up from the home inspection (which he attended), information and contact information for utility companies. He has also offered to follow up with recommendations for services required such as plumbing, electrical, landscaping, etc. if I ever need them. I can not say enough about Patrick. He is absolutely terrific and I would highly recommend him for your Real Estate needs. If I could give him more that a 5 star rating, I would!
