We started working with Patrick during the Covid Pandemic. We were very particular and specific about the kind of home we were looking for and Patrick was patient and made time for us whenever we wanted to view a property. There was never any feeling he was pushing us to buy a home and always pointed out deficiencies that would either be of concern or something that could be negotiated to make the sale price more reasonable. It took years for us to find the perfect home but we finally did and Patrick was a huge part of making that happen.
