So impressed by Patrick's tenacity - we moved from the country to the city, and had a big wishlist! He showed me and my family 24 properties over 3 visits, all in the area we needed. We chose the second last one showed. Patrick remained cheerful and upbeat the whole time - a very patient realtor!
