Patrick is the best! He is very reliable, knowledgeable and friendly. He does not apply any pressure and understood that we needed some time to figure out what we want as one learns continuously during the house search. He was genuinely interested in getting the best property for us and always paid attention to possible up-coming repairs/technical/structural issues with houses. He also assisted with the move and is still available to us for advise after the purchase. Highly recommended!
