Patrick has helped us three times over the last 20 years. Each time he has been professional, patient and we have had a lot of fun planning our next home. This transaction did not go smoothly not because of anything that Patrick or we did. He was amazing at helping us to stay calm and to figure out the next course of action. Without his assistance we might have given up but we are truly happy in our new home. If we ever move again, we will be calling Patrick.
