Where to begin! We moved to Edmonton from BC on July 20th. We were looking for Edmonton realtors and came across one of Patrick's YouTube videos. He seemed like he might be a good fit for my husband and I to work together with. We were not wrong. Wow, super friendly, super patient, very informative, very knowledgeable about the area, very responsive to questions. As you can imagine, we had many questions, and Patrick patiently and diligently answered every one. Once we had our long list of homes to look at, Patrick blocked off two days for us when we arrived to view them. Drove all day from house to house, and back for a second viewing of the house we ultimately purchased (and love!!). Everything from the first phone call to closing day was seamless.
