Patrick was very knowledgeable and personable! At first, we weren't quite ready to buy but wanted to look at what was available in our area. He wasn't pushy. He showed us the types of houses we were looking for so that we knew what kind of price range we were looking at. He pointed out important things that we would have missed like cracks in foundation and wiring. In the end he found us an amazing home and we were able to close at a time that was right for us.
