Patrick and his wife were incredible to work with. They are a fantastic team and helped us through the entire process and were always kind, professional and responsive. Moving isn't easy especially inter-provincially. We flew out and looked at about 12 homes in a single day and he dedicated his time to us. This was really above and beyond expectations and we were truly grateful. Once he learned what we were looking for; I recall a particularly impressive day where we had sent him many listings and quite literally in the same day he visited all the homes, took videos for us, and uploaded them for us to watch. We are now happily in our new home! I wish I could rate him higher than 5 stars. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.
