I've done the smartest thing to reach out to a friend to ask for his advise when choosing a real estate agent. He said he had an agent who couldn’t sell his property and then he hired Patrick & Chantal. They figured why and sold it in record time. Friday they sold my house and it was a quiet market! It turned out I made the best decision in hiring Patrick & Chantal, she is a creative thinker, an exceptional marketer with superior project management skills and Patrick is a true bull fighter when it comes to listing a home, getting it ready, promoting it and negotiating the very best price! Best decision I ever made!!!!
