I've done the smartest thing to reach out to a friend to ask for his advise when choosing a real estate agent. He said he had an agent who couldn’t sell his property and then he hired Patrick & Chantal. They figured why and sold it in record time. I met with them and told them I would only work with them if they promised to treat my house as if it was their very own and did they ever! From there on it was full steam ahead and I was overwhelmed, I needed a plumber, electrician, carpenter, carpet replacement, etc. I knew different handy men who could do some of this, but there was no way I could co-ordinate, negotiate, and schedule them separately by myself while working full time and we were going on vacation!
