He dramatically dropped the price of my property in order to sell! persuade us to sell our house 70k below the market price as he noticed I have a job offer in a different city far from Calgary. He showed up at our open house fully hammered and the moment we closed the deal, he couldn't care less about us. Not even a gift. During the walk through, the selling Realtor was more helpful to us than he was as he didn't advocate at all to get some of the repairs done. Would never recommend this person or use his services again.
