Peter is a great realtor and is very well connected.... not only in Calgary but, based on my listing he had it covering the country. He had many realtors go through the house, even though it was winter. I think I priced my house too high at the time and was unable to sell at my price. Peter tried to convince me to lower the price based on statistics. I decided not to lower and we agreed to cancel the listing.
