Unprofessional calling my realtor ridiculous at the price we are haggling for the property we want to buy because my realtor is also doing construction job and he knows there is a need for some repairs for the property we are eyeing (roof needs to be replaced in a couple of years, no range hood for the stove, no window at the basement for safety, appliances listed but not there actually). He doesn't care about the time or to respond to you if the deal will push thru or not.
