I hired property guys. Had them for 3 months. They were on their third agent and I was frustrated. I still did not have a lock box on my house, nor are for sale sign, no agent visited inside my home or walk to my property to see what it was like. I gave them a chance. In this great housing market not one showing. I canceled my services with them and they refused to give me any sort of refund. The only thing they did was put it on the internet and I wrote the description and took the pictures. I offered to pay them for services they did and they refused any type of refund part or whole. Beware if you pay first you will not get your money back for no service. I paid over $3,000 for full service and will not get my money back.
