My wife and I invited Ms. Starnes to visit us as we were selecting a realtor to use in selling our house in July 2004. She was one of three we visited with. Only Ms. Starnes responded so favorably to our house and our prospects. We selected her immediately after our initial meeting. She got the wheels in motion to have our house and property photographed and videotaped the very next day (since the weather forecast was favorable). Those photos were converted to first class brochures and the video footage was used to create attractive videoclips. From talking to the realtor from the buyers, we know those two accessories were very valuable to enhance our property. We accepted an offer in late August 2024. Although it seemed like an eternity, we sold our house in less than 2 months with Ms. Starnes (and her associate's) assistance.
