If you’re planning to buy a house in Ontario, please find someone else. We don’t want you to experience the same hassle and stress we went through due to his dishonesty. He fails to disclose critical information about the housing market and laws in Ontario. If you trust him, you’ll likely face unpleasant surprises, financial loss, and unnecessary stress. He lacks knowledge about the Canadian housing market and seems to prioritize his own profits over his clients’ interests. For your own sake, stay away from this realtor.
