One of the worst realtors I have ever dealt with. He sold us a pre-construction house without providing any relevant information. Being new to Ontario, we were unfamiliar with the housing laws here. After consulting with other realtors and builders to resell the property, we discovered that this realtor had lied to us about everything. If you’re planning to buy a house in Ontario, please find someone else. We don’t want you to experience the same hassle and stress we went through due to his dishonesty. He fails to disclose critical information about the housing market and laws in Ontario. If you trust him, you’ll likely face unpleasant surprises, financial loss, and unnecessary stress.
