Randy is very patient and knowledgeable. You can tell he is not desperate for a sale, he really just wants to do a good job. He knows a lot about homes, pointing out pros and cons, and he often talked us out of buying homes that required too much work for us. At the same time, if there was a house with flaws that we were interested in, he offered us a lot of great advice as to how to remediate the issues and an idea of timeline and cost for some of those projects (estimations, of course). With Randy's expertise and professionalism, we were able to buy our first home for less than the asking price, right in the area we were looking in.
