Randy was the sellers realtor in our transaction. Not ours. We bought for nearly half a million and we are still 2 months without a working sink or dishwasher. Conditons not met upon possession. No response from sellers or realtor. We have paid over 20k in damages and instead of assisting Randy decided to walk away because I posted our situation on here. Thanks Randy - Shayla Wilson

I have worked with Randy on close to 10 deals and have worked with him for over 10 years. Both for our personal use as well in the rental market. He is the highly knowledgeable, and articulate. I find that he is highly skilled negotiator. I have bought and sold with him. If you are buying he will work hard for you completing research prior to site visits. If you are selling he will be very direct and honest about current market conditions. Randy is very patient and knowledgeable. You can tell he is not desperate for a sale, he really just wants to do a good job. He knows a lot about homes, pointing out pros and cons, and he often talked us out of buying homes that required too much work for us. At the same time, if there was a house with flaws that we were interested in, he offered us a lot of great advice as to how to remediate the issues and an idea of timeline and cost for some of those projects (estimations, of course). With Randy's expertise and professionalism, we were able to buy our first home for less than the asking price, right in the area we were looking in.
