Randy was the sellers realtor in our transaction. Not ours. We bought for nearly half a million and we are still 2 months without a working sink or dishwasher. Conditons not met upon possession. No response from sellers or realtor. We have paid over 20k in damages and instead of assisting Randy decided to walk away because I posted our situation on here. Thanks Randy
