Raymond was very professional, staying on top of things, and quick to answer our inquiries. Since we live in the states and are usually unavailable, he took care of the junk removal, house cleaning and towing of the previous owner's vehicle, once the sale was completed, in our absence. He was very courteous and patient throughout the process, helpfully explaining and making recommendations as needed. He made the experience go smoothly and less frustrating.
