Raymond was very professional, staying on top of things, and quick to answer our inquiries. Since we live in the states and are usually unavailable, he took care of the junk removal, house cleaning and towing of the previous owner's vehicle, once the sale was completed, in our absence. He was very courteous and patient throughout the process, helpfully explaining and making recommendations as needed. He made the experience go smoothly and less frustrating. - Theadore (Ted) Tse

Raymond is very knowledgeable, professional and approachable. We had a complicated situation with the house we were selling and he handled it with grace and patience. Raymond went above and beyond with the preparations for the sale of property, which happened mostly in our absence since we live in the U.S. He was very thorough and explained every step of the process to us, and was generous with his time.
