Stellar... Someone in my "trusted people" group referred me to Renee. I'm glad she did. There was some distance between us and where we were looking to buy. Renee knew the turf. My wife and I were 5 hours away SWO, looking to move inside of West Nipissing preferably. It was phone calls at first, for Renee to understand what we were looking for. After that we went up to see a property to get our feet wet. There was an offer already on the property and didn't work out for us on that one. The trip was successful though. We met Renee, reviewed in person more, and things moved quickly from there. Renee arranged spot on property viewings with the information she had from our personal meeting and ongoing phone calls, always there. Not long after, Renee set a prospecting trip for us, she offered, because my wife wasn't feeling well- "hey, if you guys want to stay home i'll go out to the property's, take some video of what you want to look at, and then review them with you tonight when i get back". I was floored. Thanks again to Renee for that! She didn't know it at the time, but before that welcomed offer she was already in my "trusted people" group, simply by being herself. How she had handled all to date. One of those properties ended up being the one. We put an offer on, was accepted, and sold to us. We consider it our dream home! So, as i began, stellar....
