As a first time home buyer and new to Sudbury, we were relying wholly on her to provide insights on things to watch out, pricing, which areas are good, red flags, etc. She did a great job in noticing aspects of the house which we would never have noticed. For pricing, she provided an excellent market comparison report of recently sold houses. In a market like Sudbury where sold prices are not public knowledge, this report was very valuable for us to decide on how much we should bid for any house. She gave great advise in terms of which conditions are relevant to put in the offer and how to best approach the bidding process.
