I am writing this because I don’t want anyone else to go through what I went through with Reza Zolfaghari. In my experience, he is not just a bad agent — he is the worst person I have ever done business with. What happened to me went far beyond a simple mistake or misunderstanding. I was misled, manipulated, and left financially crushed. Reza hides behind an image of success, constantly pointing to all the properties he owns and the wealth he shows off. But in reality, in my experience, this is exactly how he traps people — using that image to gain your trust, get access to your money, and then turning everything into lies and excuses. He made promises, took advantage of my trust, and then completely betrayed me. I now see that my case is not unique. Others have reported similar experiences, and when you look at court records and disputes, there’s a clear pattern. To me, this is not a one-time issue — it looks like his way of doing business. If you value your money, your peace of mind, and your future, stay far away. Based on my experience, I can honestly say he is the worst person I have ever dealt with in real estate.
