I went to inform you about Reza Zolfaghari in connection with a mortgage application submitted using my name and personal information. Without my knowledge, authorization, or informed consent, Reza Zolfaghari prepared and submitted falsified documents, including fabricated income and tax-related documents, to a financial institution as part of a mortgage file in my name. I did not create, approve, review, or authorize any such documents.
