We have recently learned about Mr. Reza Zolfaghari in connection with a power of sale property he previously owned and listed a few days ago. After conducting an investigation, we uncovered that several other properties linked to him or his companies are also in the foreclosure process. Additionally, we found that multiple individuals have reported they provided him with substantial amounts of money based on promises that he appears unable to fulfill. This is a concerning situation, and we advise anyone who may be affected to report their cases immediately to the licensing authorities, including RECO (information@reco.on.ca) and FSRA (contactcentre@fsrao.ca), to understand the complaint procedure.
