In a recent case, he took control of a restaurant in Richmond Hill called Luxe Richmond, claiming the original owners weren't paying rent, even though they had agreed to run the business together without paying rent for an extended period. This was because they had invested all their money in building the restaurant on Reza Zolfaghari's commercial property. This is not an isolated incident; numerous other people have reported his fraudulent activities, and he has multiple cases in Ontario courts. His scams don't just target individuals. Last year, he claimed his Rolls-Royce was stolen in an insurance fraud scheme. It is rumored that he staged the theft with his accomplices, then smuggled the car out of Canada and sold it. Avoid any business dealings with this person and make sure to consult several Iranian businesses and lawyers familiar with his cases for more information about him.

Why has he not filed a civil or criminal case, or consulted a licensed lawyer to pursue legal remedies? Why has he offered no evidence—documents, contracts, court rulings, or police reports—to support any of his accusations? No one should accept these types of damaging claims at face value, especially when no proof is provided and due legal process has not been followed. Allegations made on public forums without substantiation are not only unethical—they are legally actionable. 3. Response to Specific Accusations The claims about my involvement with a business called Luxe Richmond, any so-called “insurance fraud,” or court cases are completely false and fabricated without any basis in fact. I have never been convicted of or held liable for fraud or misconduct of any kind. I conduct my business transparently, under applicable Canadian laws, and through regulated institutions. 4.
