Reply: Thanks so much for leaving this review. They said they would suspend my listing as unexpected repairs needed to be done to my ceiling. My listing had 1 month left, and the repairs were to be completed in 1.5 weeks. Instead, Richard and Liz Bergeron tried to trick me in signing an early termination addendum that would hook me into owing them $1,500 marketing fee. I wouldn't recommend either one of them!! Reply: I tend to read reviews and look for factual and quantifiable things that the agent did poorly. Without providing the details it is difficult to give any credibility to your review. But,I find that the larger matter is this: if you think that by stating that Rick's partner is his wife, is a negative attribute, or one that should be shamed, then then I question your integrity because as far as I am concerned, a man and a woman, can both be professionals in the same industry and they can be married to each other. Being one's wife does not diminish her abilities nor does it have any hindrance on the husband's ability to work effectively. I actually envy the couples out there that can work together, through trust and respect and maintain a strong, loving, functional marriage. Reply: The review reply above is bizarre. David was simply pointing out that Richard's team partner is also his wife. Reply: I hope David Wollman writes a google review on Richard and Liz Bergeron.
