I have used Rob for buying (x2) and selling once. Each time I was impressed with how easy going yet serious and professional he is. Even when we had lots of difficulty with relators from the self proclaimed "big guns" we persevered and came out ahead. What that showed me was that I would NEVER use a relator that is part of an umbrella "big name". The complete lack of communication on the other sides part was the total opposite of what you will get from Rob. Rob is on top of things, and is thorough. He does what is expected and goes beyond what I expected. Sometimes a real estate transaction can be dynamic and swift, and Rob meets those challenges...unlike the umbrella realtors that get "em in and get 'em out as easy as possible. Rob is a professional, and we got my house sold and my new house purchased as a team. Thanks Rob
