Rob was referred to us by a good friend, and we are very glad he was!  I had interviewed a couple of other agents, and after meeting Rob, I knew he was the one to go with.  I was very impressed with the market price evaluation he had put together before our first meeting.  At our first meeting, he had an organized plan to ensure the property sold.  I was incredibly pleased during our initial meeting, when he called to set up an appointment with a home stager, who was very helpful in ensuring our home looked it’s finest! Now this is where it gets interesting:  A few days after the property was listed we received an offer that we worked up to just $2,500 under the list price. It was conditional to financing and an inspection. Rob left our home status as “active” on MLS so we didn’t miss any opportunities in case our deal didn’t go through. As it turned out the buyer’s realtor was late removing the conditions. Apparently if that happens the entire deal is dead and the contract has to be completely re-written. This all happened late on a Friday evening so it was going to be the Saturday morning when we re-signed the paperwork.   Explaining that he was working for us, and now that the door was open, Rob asked if it was okay if he went to work to see if he could maybe find us a buyer that might do a little better. To make a long story short Rob did manage to book a few showings for the Saturday and we ended up with another offer. The first buyers had an opportunity to compete in the process and BANG!! Rob sold the house again and this time getting us an extra $12,000 in our pocket!   So that’s our house sale adventure with Rob. After the incredible job that he did I can’t say enough. His knowledge and experience have honed his innate negotiating intuitions and mastery of the process to a razor-sharp edge.
