Rob helped us sell our house and navigated all the areas we weren't as comfortable with. As we were selling from a distance, he also took care of a lot of things that we would normally have been responsible for. We really appreciated his honesty and integrity. He was very responsive when we needed to talk to him and a calming influence. As well, thought the house was empty, he suggested the alternative of virtual staging. Wow. Worked great.
