Rob did a great job for us over all however the house was NOT clean Next time i would make it a condition of buying to have the windows and the house professionally cleaned to my satisfaction

Reply: Yes, a cleaning Condition or a Term is one thing I considered doing but when there are two other buyers competing against us in a HOT sellers market the Seller might simply walk past our offer to other offers. Some Sellers take it as an insult - are you saying our property is dirty? A similar townhome located very close by sold after yours for 13k more. Perhaps some of the buyers we competed against placed offers on that property. The price was good and the location is amazing but the seller took advantage of the HOT market by leaving the property in a "condition similar to at time of viewing" but not clean unfortunately! Eric and Margaret if you are back for Christmas let me know as I was going to surprise you with a cleaning gift certificate.
