Robert did an outstanding job marketing our property for sale. He ensured that professional photos, video, and feature sheet were done in a timely manner. Robert did a thorough search of comparable properties in the area and priced our property competitively and fairly with a view to getting a quick sale. He scheduled regular open houses every Saturday and Sunday. He followed up with every interested party and guided us through the offer and subject removal process. When the buyer wanted to do an inspection, Robert was there personally to discuss any issues. He is also very knowledgeable about working with tradespeople and was able to advise us on how to repair our gate (one of the conditions for the sale).
