Many say their agent went above and beyond, my husband and I can say it and we have the results to prove it! We were a difficult sale, we can honestly say that. We came to Robert wanting to sell because we simply lived too far away to properly maintain this property. Not only did Robert have to deal with our renters, which he did with the utter most professionalism and respect but he had to deal with us living outside the country! He ensured that the house was ready for each showing, he coordinated with the renters and saw to every detail. We had a few offers and Robert negotiated everyone in our best interest. Robert did an outstanding job marketing our property for sale. He ensured that professional photos, video, and feature sheet were done in a timely manner. Robert did a thorough search of comparable properties in the area and priced our property competitively and fairly with a view to getting a quick sale. He scheduled regular open houses every Saturday and Sunday. He followed up with every interested party and guided us through the offer and subject removal process. When the buyer wanted to do an inspection, Robert was there personally to discuss any issues. He is also very knowledgeable about working with tradespeople and was able to advise us on how to repair our gate (one of the conditions for the sale). His diligence allowed us to receive an accepted offer within two months of listing our house for sale. He managed this in a market which was slowing and turning into a buyer's market. Robert also helped us to get a great deal on our next purchase and helped us with the transition from our old house to our new house.
