Roxanne was referred to us by a close friend who also had a successful transaction with her. And,the first time we met she asked what are our expectations, at the time we don't even know what we want as it is our first time. Roxanne not only showed us different houses for viewing, but she made sure that we learn more about the things we actually want and need every time we view a house, and that made this journey enjoyable as we get to learn more.
