Roxanne went above and beyond. I was buying from NB sight unseen as I wanted to be close to my children. Roxanne really got to know what I was looking for and helped me with realistic expectations for this area. Very different market compared to the east coast. Her emails with listings were appreciated and appropriate. She helped coordinate multiple viewings via FaceTime and met my children on site. She got to know what meant a lot to me and my “ quirks” via my children. She was so flexible. Looking at places online and via FaceTime is really challenging. Some places I thought I’d like and she was honest and said she’d gladly walk me thru but told me that I’d probably be disappointed- she was right every time. My children even got to know her and would coordinate visits. From January- August she took me to countless places. We were down to the wire because I was moving out of my house with no place in Kelowna and she showed me the place I’m in now. It was perfect. It was more than I had “ budgeted for” but really did come in within budget because I didn’t have to do any renovations, unlike all of the other places. Turn- key and 7 mins from my family. My family loves the place and so do I. I told Roxanne she deserved a place in heaven for all of the running around and helping me with BC protocol. I’d sell and buy with her in a heartbeat. She’s an amazing agent and wonderful kind patient person. Thanks❤️
