Russel has been absolutely wonderful to work with.  He is understanding and has listened to my needs through the entire process.  I feel like I can talk to Russel about things that matter to me when looking to make such a huge decision like moving across the country.  He is fast, and on the ball.  I found a property I liked an within one day we had found it, had a Facetime tour of the property, and put in an offer.  With the market being what it is in Kelowna, agents like Russel are what people need.  He has also provided me with advice regarding the Kelowna area, which being from a different province, I know nothing about.  I trust Russel and will definitely like to keep him as my agent for future sales and purchasing in the Kelowna area! I am very happy that I found such a wonderful person to work with, or rather he found me!
