We reached out to Samantha to discuss and learn about what would be needed to sell our then existing house and purchase a new home. While the initial contacts were nearly exploring the possibilities, Sam was responsive and very helpful. Once we decided to sell and look for a new home,on what we needed to do and Sam went all in and coached us how to prepare the house (including decluttering) prior to staging. She connected us with painters and cleaners and generally helped with things we'd never thought of. She encouraged us to look around at the market and what we thought we could afford and wanted. When it came time to make the purchase, Sam's efforts to secure us the house we wanted made the process as pain-free as possible.
